A resident member is entitled one (1) vote per issue, up to two members per household. Each member is responsible for their individual dues.

neighborhood meetings, community clean-up days, and other events
to keep Gresham Park a beautiful & thriving place to live!
Payment of NGP dues enables up to two members of a single household to have voting rights.

Neighbors of Gresham Park is a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your contribution may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
Since 2025, NGP has used Zeffy as the primary payment platform for membership dues. Zeffy is a fundraising platform designed for nonprofits, offering tools for donations, events, raffles, and donor management. Unlike other platforms (like PayPal), it does not deduct transaction or platform fees from NGP, instead covering costs via optional voluntary contributions from donors during checkout. The lowest option is 17%, which is $3.40 for an annual membership and $1.70 for a senior membership
Zeffy also offers an annual payment option, which means member dues will be automatically paid each year on the same date they first joined. When a member pays for their dues through Zeffy, the option for annual renewal is automatically selected (as pictured below) and members need to uncheck the box to opt out of annual renewal.
